    • Our client is a leading manufacturer of precision-engineered suspension solutions used in lighting, HVAC, and industrial applications. They have been a trusted provider in the commercial sectors for over 30 years, partnering with OEMs, distributors, and commercial clients to deliver high-quality, safety-focused solutions.
    • They are seeking a Sales Manager to lead their sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage key relationships. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in contributing to the company's sales strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role in a company that has a strong foothold in its market niche.

    Responsibilities:

    • Mentor and manage a team responsible for direct and distributor sales across North America.
    • Confidently implement and justify annual price increases, ensuring customers understand the value of engineered, safety-certified products.
    • Work with billion-dollar corporations' frontline buyers and procurement teams.
    • Develop sales processes, pricing models, and customer engagement strategies.
    • Maintain and expand partnerships with regional distributors and direct commercial clients.
    • Implement CRM/ERP systems and track performance metrics to optimize sales efficiency.
    • Ensure sales staff can speak technically to engineers and procurement teams about load limits, failure points, and product certifications.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of sales & sales leadership experience in manufacturing, technical products, or industrial sales.
    • Experience managing regional/national sales teams and independent reps.
    • Background in technical product sales – lighting, HVAC, fasteners, or related industries.
    • Proven track record in contract negotiation, OEM sales, and distribution management.
    • Ability to speak technically to engineers and procurement teams about product specifications.
    • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems

    Compensation:

    • Base salary to 150k/year plus bonus
