Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our market presence in the oil & gas industry.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients by offering exceptional customer service and support.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs and market demand.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, contracts, and reports to prospective and existing clients.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, 2-3 years managing a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
