    For more than a decade, Ironwall by Incogni has been a leader in online privacy protection services for public servants, including removing personal information online for judges, law enforcement, elected officials, and social workers. We are seeking a Business Development Executive to lead our sales team to expand our privacy protection service, and grow our market share and footprint.

    This position will play a critical role in building and scaling our organization to help us achieve tremendous growth. You will work with our exceptional marketing team in a full-stack business development and sales role, including contacting targeted B2B prospects at finance, healthcare, and tech agencies to drive new engagements and subscriptions.

    About the Position

    We're seeking a hands-on Sales Manager with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and building successful teams. You will function as a player-coach and be responsible for sales strategy, training, execution, forecasting, and enabling your sales team to perform at their optimal level. This position will be based in Orange County, CA, and in-office full-time.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    Lead a team of 5-6 salespersons to meet/exceed revenue targets, including managing your own book of business.

    Organize, track and manage sales meetings and 1:1’s with each member of the team.

    Support the delivery of Proposals, Statements of Work, RFP’s and Managed Service Offerings.

    Ensure sales and marketing materials are updated and aligned to Ironwall’s services and strategy.

    Identify and nurture new customer base and revenue streams.

    Create and lead sales promotions and campaigns.

    Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our strategy and business objectives.

    Evaluate and drive tactics to reduce sales cycle time, maximize average deal size, and increase close ratios.

    Monitor and evaluate sales pipeline, opportunities, and risk across the org and provide reporting on success and driving optimization.

    Attract, develop, and retain an exceptional sales team.

    WHO YOU ARE:

    5+ years of proven experience and demonstrated ability to lead a sales team, particularly for successful B2B technology services and/or SaaS.

    Ability to roll up your sleeves and help as needed to close key deals and structure offerings.

    Well-versed in building and optimizing sales/marketing strategies and tactics. Demonstrated ability to reduce sales cycles, increase close ratios, and maximize average deal size.

    Ability to establish and maintain a culture and processes of accountability up and down the organization, including formal reporting, tracking, and metrics.

    Demonstrated success driving and achieving positive outcomes, sales targets, and success within a competitive AND healthy environment and culture.

    Excellent communicator who can solicit or provide support across functional teams to drive the change necessary to achieve targets.

    Provide leadership at all levels in a fast-paced environment. Can take on challenges in stride, demonstrate resilience, stay focused on objectives, and prioritize accordingly. Can be a buffer and provide steady leadership when necessary.

    Self-aware, authentic, and thinks/acts holistically. Has the mindset of an ambassador and leader of Ironwall and is in alignment with our values and mission.

    Experience using and managing sales teams with Salesforce

    This is a full-time, salaried position plus commission. The target annual base compensation for this position is $100-125K base salary plus a generous commission schedule with no cap. On-target earnings (OTE) of over $250K is very possible in your first year.
