With each deal closed, you’ll support our vision of Business Technology Made Simple. The Sales Manager- IT Services is a dedicated supervisor for a Sales team. This team is responsible for accelerating customer growth by concentrating on acquiring new business customers and cross-selling to eligible customers with value-added solutions. Responsibilities: • Directs and supervises assigned Sales staff whose primary responsibility is to sell IT solutions and support. Fully managed IT support, business communications, cybersecurity solutions, and much more. • Formulating Sales Plans: Developing and implementing sales plans for the team, providing tactical input to leadership, and contributing to sales strategies within the assigned territory. • Collaborating on Sales Strategy: Working closely with the sales team to plan effective sales strategies and train team members on implementing these plans efficiently. • Providing Expertise: Offering consultation and expertise to assist with complex customer problems and participating in significant negotiations with customers to ensure satisfactory outcomes. • Field Engagement: Spending the majority of time in the field with the team, coaching, training, and participating in customer appointments to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. • Coaching and Development: Coaching and developing direct reports to ensure the successful execution of primary responsibilities, including prospecting through cold calls and door knocking, on-site customer appointments, proposing solutions, tracking activities through a CRM, and processing orders. • Managing Work Efforts: Overseeing the work efforts of direct reports and playing an influential role in hiring, firing, conducting performance appraisals, and reviewing pay to manage and motivate the team effectively. Qualifications: • Requires organizational and technical knowledge sufficient to resolve complex customer problems. • 5+ years of outside sales, direct sales, or B2B sales-related experience • Experience selling business technology solutions directly to mid-market, mid-size, or enterprise businesses is preferred. • At least 1+ year of leadership experience • A bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Finance, Marketing or a related field is preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
