Responsibilities: • Control expenses and monitor budgets • Manage the activities and performance of the sales team • Meet with agents to work on their sales scripts • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting Qualifications: • Proven organizational and planning ability • Previous sales experience • Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience • Team leadership ability • Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software Compensation: $100,000 +
