Job Description
Sales Development:
Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with all sales activities and customer information.
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed company goals.
Make daily cold calls to reach potential clients and generate leads
Customer Engagement:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Gather customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
Assist in organizing and attending events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and sales.
Report on sales and marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master degree is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the commercial logistics industry or a related field.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and trade shows as required.
Experience attending and contributing to trade shows, networking events, or industry conferences is a plus.
