Your management objective is to increase the performance of each member of our sales team, specifically increasing the deals closed from each salesperson’s database/center of influence. Responsibilities: • Help prepare budgets • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly • Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting • Organize and administer training for the sales team Lead and Inspire: • Recruit, train, and mentor a top-performing sales team. • Set ambitious targets and motivate your team to achieve and surpass them. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback. Strategize and Execute: • Design and implement innovative sales strategies to dominate the market. • Stay ahead of market trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge. • Analyze sales data and report on key performance metrics to senior management. Client-Centric Focus: • Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. • Address and resolve any client issues with efficiency and professionalism. • Oversee the entire sales journey from initial contact to deal closure. Market and Promote: • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that attract and engage buyers. • Utilize digital platforms, social media, and events to showcase properties. • Lead and participate in negotiations, open houses, property tours, and high-profile sales events. Compliance and Administration: • Ensure all sales activities are compliant with real estate laws and regulations. • Maintain meticulous records of transactions and client interactions. • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to the executive team. Qualifications: • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred • Proven organizational and planning ability • Strong ability to lead a team • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly • Proven experience in customer relationship management Education and Experience: • At least 5 years of stellar real estate sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Skills and Competencies: • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities. • Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Deep understanding of the local real estate market. Certifications: • Valid real estate license in Texas. Compensation: $95,500 - $112,500 yearly
