Sales Manager – Home Care

Field-based (NYC Metro – Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island)

120 - 150k base + performance bonus

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of junior sales representatives responsible for referral generation. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coaching, motivating, and holding a team accountable while also contributing to business development. The success of this position will be measured by team performance, ability to open new accounts, and overall referral growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & Coach Sales Team – Guide, support, and mentor a team of 4-5 junior sales reps, helping them reach their targets.
• Daily Performance Tracking – Set expectations, track progress, and provide actionable feedback to improve results.
• New Account Development – Identify and cultivate new referral partnerships to expand business opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For:

-Proven Sales Leadership – Experience managing a sales team, coaching reps, and achieving revenue goals.
-Industry Experience Preferred – Home care sales experience is ideal, but open to strong sales leaders from related healthcare fields.
-Strong Motivator & Communicator – Ability to inspire, guide, and hold a team accountable for results.
-Results-Oriented Mindset – Understands what it takes to build a successful referral pipeline and grow new account
