    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Solar industry, and demonstrate great closing and setting abilities. This role requires a driven and motivated leader.

    What you'll do as a Solar Sales Manager:

    Oversee, train and manage a team of 5 - 10 Solar Energy Consultants.

    Maintain an individual quota as well as a team quota ensuring that your team is always on track to meet their marks.

    Develop and maintain deep knowledge of local market and policy dynamics.

    Provide meaningful hands-on training to new sales team members.

    Assist you team members in closing sales when needed.

    Foster a strong team atmosphere based on results and accountability

    Interview new applicants for your team.

    Keep track of team members performance and make sure your team is adhering to company policy.

    Report to leadership on team KPIs.

    Manage team members on PIPs when performance is low.

    Your Qualifications:

    At least 3 years of experience in the Solar Industry

    At least 3 years of experience Managing a Sales team

    Experience in D2D Sales.

    Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.

    Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets.

    Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software is highly desirable.

    Excellent Solar Sales skills with the ability to set appointments and close them.

    Be self-driven and highly motivated.

    Can earn from $150,000 - $300,000 per year or higher

    Schedule:

    Full-Time: 40 - 60 hours per week

    Tuesday to Saturday

    Supplemental pay types:

    $60,000 Base pay + Commission pay
