    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of our company by sourcing and converting leads into sales, maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, and booking new projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Generation and Conversion:

    Identify potential clients and generate new leads.

    Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into sales.

    Track and report on sales metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.

    Client Relationship Management:

    Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

    Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

    Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify new opportunities and ensure ongoing satisfaction with our services.

    Project Booking and Management:

    Book new projects with existing clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and our capabilities.

    Negotiate the pricing and timelines of projects to ensure they meet both client expectations and company resources.

    Coordinate with the operations team to schedule and plan projects efficiently.

    Be present at the kickoff of large projects (250 installs or more) to ensure a smooth start and address any initial concerns.

    Sales Strategy and Execution:

    Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve company revenue targets.

    Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials that support sales efforts.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and projections.

    Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the telematics or technology industry.

    Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

    Willingness to travel as needed to attend project kickoffs and meet with clients.
