    We are seeking a highly motivated, growth-driven professional to unlock the potential of the DTC and E-commerce market by identifying and engaging key players to drive success with branded ingredients. This strategic role requires proven expertise in cold calling and emailing, offering a significant advantage to candidates with relevant experience. As a self-starter and strategic thinker, you will be instrumental in elevating sales efforts, building new business opportunities through organic connections with brand executives, influencers, key opinion leaders, and other critical stakeholders.

    • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to create customized strategies and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
    • Identify and develop prospective clients, cultivating long-lasting relationships to foster continued business growth.
    • Keep a pulse on industry trends and market dynamics, incorporating relevant insights and market data into your sales approach.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, offering expert guidance on branded ingredients, addressing their challenges, and providing tailored solutions.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently demonstrating exceptional performance in the competitive landscape.
    • Travel is required for customer visits, trade shows and company meetings, approximately 25% to 50% of the time.

     

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in food science, chemistry, nutrition, marketing, business, or a related field.
    • You must possess a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on sales experience
    • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in using CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
    • You are self-aware and have strong EQ
    • As a self-starting strategic thinker, you are adept at formulating and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve outstanding results.
    • Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to foster enduring relationships with clients and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • A dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving ensures your ability to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
    • Your exceptional communication and presentation skills empower you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
