About Us:
PDR-Team, Inc. is a fast-growing leader in paintless dent repair (PDR), specializing in efficient, high-quality hail damage repair across multiple regions. We're known for our agility, professionalism, and strong team culture. As we expand into new territories, we're looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to help drive customer acquisition and represent our brand with confidence.
Position Overview: As a B2C Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of PDR-Team in the field—connecting directly with vehicle owners, explaining our services, and generating leads for hail damage repair. In addition to individual sales responsibilities, this role includes building and leading a small sales team. You will recruit, train, and manage a team of 2–3 associate sales representatives to help scale outreach and lead generation efforts in your assigned territory.
During hail season, this role may also include overseeing a mobile repair site, managing daily operations such as customer intake, technician coordination, estimating, and job tracking.
This role is ideal for outgoing individuals with a strong work ethic, persuasive communication skills, and a drive to succeed.
Key Sales Responsibilities: • Canvas residential and commercial areas affected by hail damage to identify potential customers. • Educate vehicle owners on the benefits of paintless dent repair (PDR) and how our services work. • Schedule vehicle inspections and generate leads for our repair management team. • Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to log leads and track outreach activity. • Build trust with customers by providing clear, honest, and accurate information. • Stay informed on local weather patterns and hail events to target sales activity. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff of leads and customer data. • Represent PDR-Team with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Sales Team Leadership Responsibilities: • Recruit, train, and manage a small team of 2–3 associate sales representatives. • Set clear individual and team sales goals, and drive performance to consistently meet or exceed them. • Provide field training, mentorship, and ongoing performance feedback to team members. • Motivate and coach the team to maintain high levels of energy, professionalism, and results.
Mobile Repair Site Responsibilities: • Set up and manage mobile repair sites, including staffing, logistics, and equipment coordination. • Oversee estimating, invoicing, and insurance claim processing for on-site customer repairs. • Supervise daily operations, including PDR tech scheduling, job tracking, and quality control. • Ensure smooth site execution by maintaining SOPs and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements: · Prior sales experience preferred (door-to-door, field sales, or similar).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
· Ability to walk, stand, and work outdoors for extended periods.
· Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided depending on availability).
· Availability to travel extensively and work flexible hours, especially during hail season (March-September).
