Responsibilities: • Create a team culture that consistently drives high-quality business • Analyze sales report data and make decisions based on trends and productivity metrics • Conduct regular team meetings, phone calls, and one on ones personal monthly goals, while closing weekly deals from setters • Prepare and coach qualified candidates to take on leadership roles • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals as determined by leadership Qualifications: • Prior managerial background with experience coaching and leading a team • 2-3 years of SOLAR in-home sales experience at a minimum with a strong personal performance record • Flexible schedule- able to work Mon-Sat • Excellent communication skills with a track record of relationship-building • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven • Proficient in maintaining personal performance as well as training and developing a team • Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, constantly changing demands • Passion for renewable energy and environmental sustainability • Familiarity with CRMs, Google Suites, and Excel/Sheets Compensation: $135,000 - $244,000 salary + commission & bonuses

    $135,000-$244,000 per year
