We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, with the ability to build their own team, close deals, and effectively canvass leads. This position is based in the Connecticut area.
Responsibilities:
Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and managing team members.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue leads, conduct effective canvassing, and convert potential clients into satisfied customers.
Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor sales activities and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, retention, and termination.
Requirements:
Extensive sales background with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Knowledge of the Connecticut market and ability to work within the area.
Experience conducting training sessions and coaching sales professionals.
Ability to effectively manage the hiring, retention, and termination processes.
