Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. We are a rapidly growing company with five distinct business divisions, Renovations and Remodeling, New Construction, Impact windows and doors, Back Office Service, Concierge Services committed to providing high-quality product. As we expand our market presence, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to develop and lead our sales team and drive growth. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy, leading the sales team, and driving revenue growth. This position offers significant growth opportunities for the right candidate, with a compensation structure that rewards performance through a robust bonus plan.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market share growth.
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry partners.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
· Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that drive leads and enhance brand visibility.
· Monitor sales performance metrics and report on sales forecasts, pipeline, and results to senior management.
· Provide training and support to sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
· Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote company products and network with potential clients.
· Candidate will be responsible for personally identifying and developing new client relationships through prospecting, cold calling, regular face to face meetings, and phone/email outreach.
· The Sales Manager will collaborate with Ops and Marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for four unique service lines within the enterprise.
· Demonstrate expert level knowledge on developing efficient routing plans and account prioritization methods.
· Create, test, and implement sales pitches for all levels of client meetings.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
· Proven experience in sales roles, preferably in the construction, home improvement, or building materials industry.
· Documented track record of developing new business from cold calling and other means of prospecting.
· Understanding of impact windows and doors, building codes, and market dynamics.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Comfortability with Salesforce or other CRM.
· Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Compensation
· Competitive base salary (40k-70k annually) with a performance-based bonus structure.
