About You
You are a forward-thinking individual, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales plans, including robust outreach strategies. Curious and collaborative, you are passionate about both the art of selling and the products you're selling. You understand the importance of aligning a sales narrative with brand values. The Position
Leadership: Drive the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. Distribute leads, ensure smooth deal progression, and route issues to appropriate teams.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure our sales narrative resonates with RealCraft's brand values and image.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a robust sales plan, including a targeted outreach strategy to diversify our customer base and increase market share.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Advise leadership teams, including marketing, production, and the CEO, championing a world-class customer experience.
Process & Analysis: Establish and oversee sales objectives and methodologies, leveraging platforms like Hubspot and Shopify. Build a data-driven approach to decision-making and process optimization.
Coaching: Develop, train, and inspire both our inbound and outbound sales teams, setting individual goals and providing constructive feedback.
Qualifications
B.S., or B.A. degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of sales and management experience, with 3 years of supervising experience.
Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and sales enablement tools.
Experience in e-commerce and manufacturing environments.
