    Real Estate Sales Manager - This role requires regular weekly or bi-weekly in person meetings Are you an experienced sales manager or team leader, with experience in real estate, looking for a challenging opportunity? Responsibilities: • Drive increased real estate agent buyer & seller appointment conversion rates and a maintenance of minimum conversion standards, starting with Zillow Flex conversion rates • Lead a team of real estate agents through one-on-one and group coaching to drive increased company sales from various lead sources • Hold weekly or biweekly accountability meetings to review agent sales pipelines, KPIs, and calendars for time management optimization, etc • Monitor key performance metrics daily and throttle lead flow by agent on a daily basis • Identify and develop scalable processes that allow for rapid agent skill improvements and increased sales • Pioneer new sales initiatives as a key collaborator of the Leadership Team • Identify & catalog commonly reported & repeat issues as they are revealed to identify knowledge gaps and report to the COO for training intensives or Huddle training • Spearhead Phase II of Agent Onboarding which will follow BootCamp to launch new agents into production quickly with the skills they need to know • Work with COO & HR to develop specific onboarding cadence to ensure agents move into production within 90 days Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in sales management with coaching and accountability responsibilities for a small to medium-sized team of ideally Realtors but not required • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales metrics such as conversion rates, set to met, etc., and to use them in coaching Realtors to higher levels of success • Proven ability to hold Realtors accountable in a kind and encouraging way while at times having to deliver difficult messages • Experience developing, managing, and at times delivering sales training programs on a daily or weekly basis • Ability to thrive in an unstructured and achievement-oriented sales environment • Experience with various software like Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Follow Up Boss a plus • Prior real estate experience is helpful but not required • License not required • Must be local to the Fairfax, VA area and be available for in-person meetings once a week Compensation: $97,000 at plan
