    Role: In order for the company to grow, we need to add more sales agents and help them sell more. Adding more sales agents: Recruiting more agents to the team that fit our agent avatar. Making them worth more: Increasing production and keeping them on the team longer. The main goal for this position is to grow revenue with a focus on gross profit. The Sales Manager's job will focus mostly on making the agents worth more. We do this by increasing production to drive more deals and increase the quality of life for the more experienced agents. In this role, you'll be helping agents close more deals through pipeline reviews and getting involved. You will also be a mentor to new agents and have a great number that you can take. You'll also be in charge of managing the different lead sources that the company generates. Zillow Flex, (OpCity), Homelight, etc... along with the in-house lead generation that Onyx Homes generates through its marketing. The goal is to increase conversion rates across all lead sources. Results: • Increase Per Person Productivity (PPP) • Increase conversion rates on all lead sources • Assist in recruiting, but not a main effort • Enhance the culture of productivity Responsibilities: Job Duties Lead Management : • Pipeline Reviews • Flex Pipeline Reviews • New Agent Pipeline Review • Team Lead Pipeline Reviews (all agents w/ team leads) • Manage ‘Lead Teams’ • Flex • All inbound leads (team generated) • Booking Team • “Floor Manager” • Getting involved with leads and deals when needed to close more deals • “Deal Doctoring” = fixing problem deals, making unhappy customers happy, reaching out to canceled contracts, etc. Recruiting : • Recruit Pipeline Follow-up • Outreach in the CRM to recruits who show interest • Inbound Recruiting interviews • On rotation with Office Admin & Christian to field inbound recruiting interviews General Growth : • Expansion to IE • Recruiting • Leadflow & Distribution • Building the expansion model Qualifications: Experience Requirements: • 5+ Years in Residential Real Estate • 2+ Years of Sales Manager experience (in real estate) Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 yearly
