Seeking a driven Sales Manager in Scottsdale, AZ dedicated to equipping bankers to efficiently secure new loans. Our team of proactive loan officer assistants ensures precise, credit-worthy applications and customer paperwork are ready to bolster bankers in their pursuit of deals. The Sales Manager will oversee a team of 12 Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) and 8-10 Loan Officer Assistants (LOAs) with the objective of achieving a minimum of 100 successful fundings each month. Proficiency across all business aspects, including Cash-out and Streamlines, and the aptitude to promote loans in a financially prudent manner is imperative for this role. Responsibilities: • Lead a team in Scottsdale, AZ, US, focusing on efficiently managing a pipeline of 200-300 loans monthly in a fast-paced setting. • Supervise 12 Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) and 8-10 Loan Officer Assistants (LOAs), aiming to achieve 100 or more funding per month. • Showcase expertise in all loan types, including Cash-out and Streamlines, while effectively selling loans in a cost-efficient manner. Qualifications: • Must possess an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License in good standing • Should have a thorough understanding of various loan types such as FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Proficiency in state and federal regulations, as well as company underwriting policies and guidelines, is required • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team Compensation: $150,000+ at plan yearly
