Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth

Train and mentor sales staff to improve performance and customer satisfaction

Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience

Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
