Responsibilities: • Set aggressive sales goals with the sales team • Be a helping hand in preparing budgets • Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections • Collaborate with marketing to develop lead-generation strategies • Set individual sales targets with the sales team • Provide feedback, support, and coaching to the sales team • Meet with agents to work on their sales scripts • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly • Establish and promote a successful sales strategy so the team achieves its sales goals and revenues Qualifications: • Proven experience as a sales manager/team leader • Real Estate License • Problem analysis and problem-solving • Strong organizational and planning skills • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy • Team leadership ability • Previous sales experience Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
