Our client is a leading manufacturing company in Bridgewater, MA. In this role you will be managing a small sales team to generate a hard-working and high-performing culture, along with building and maintaining relationships with clients to generate new sales and ensure continued growth.
Requirements:
- 4 or more years in a sales leadership role
- Experience hiring and onboarding new salespeople
- Ability to track induvial sales performance for team members, identify areas of improvement and hold team members accountable for their work
- Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with diverse clientele
- Experience in developing and executing new sales strategies with proven success
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in any CRM software
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus

- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 base + commission with an OTE (On Target Earnings) of $70,000
