As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

    Position Summary

    The Sales Representative will be responsible for account management, lead generation, and business development within the pharmaceutical sector. The primary focus of this role is to identify new business opportunities, establish strong client relationships, and drive sales growth through cold calling, email outreach, and strategic follow-ups. Full training will be provided to ensure success in the role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential pharmacy clients through targeted prospecting efforts, including cold calls and email campaigns.

    • Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.

    • Sales Execution: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our API products, addressing client needs and driving sales conversions.

    • Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscape to optimize sales strategies.

    • CRM & Sales Reporting: Accurately document sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets in the CRM system.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred but not required).

    • Proven sales experience in B2B sales, pharmaceutical distribution, or related industries is advantageous but not mandatory.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to business development.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
