    Job Summary: This role is responsible for managing and leading a team of Sales Advisors by outlining goals and expectations, ensuring the preferred sales processes are followed and working closely with the installation team to provide the best experience for the customers. This includes overseeing the daily dispatching and efficiencies of the Sales department. Other duties include customer relations, interaction with the other Managers in respect to their sales needs. Responsible for making sure that all Sales Advisors are properly trained. The Sales Manager is expected to handle all aspects of the sales department and to ensure the company’s monthly sales budget is achieved through proper planning and management of all incoming sales leads and other referral sources available within the company.

    Pay: Base Pay + Uncapped Incentives, 110k+ Target Compensation, Top Pay for Top Talent! Compensation will depend on the dynamic leadership ability to lead and drive others and work together as a Team.

    Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, occasional nights and weekends

    Required Qualifications:

    3+ Years Management experience

    3+ Years of Sales experience

    Associate degree in related discipline

    Valid driver's license

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Excellent computer skills (proficiency with MS Office)

    Strong attention to detail

    Well organized and ability to work independently

    Problem solving skills

    Positive Attitude

    Excellent Communication skills

    Excellent Follow through with clients

    Willing and able to attend networking events on company behalf

    Have a strong understanding of Plumbing and HVAC systems.

    Have a desire to work with people

    Desired Qualifications:

    5+ years of Management experience

    5+ years of Sales experience

    Bachelor's or Associates degree in related discipline

    5+ years' experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other construction trades

    Strong interpersonal skills

    Knowledge of residential HVAC design

    Knowledge in residential plumbing design

    High problem-solving skills

    Energetic personality

    Well organized and ability to work independently
