We are seeking an experienced sales manager adept at leading and motivating our sales team while driving individual and team performance to meet the company goals. Qualified candidates have at least 5 years of sales management experience working with high-end clients in the construction or remodeling industries. You will report to the President and be part of the executive leadership team.

Experience in the high-end construction/remodeling or home services industries a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strategic thinker with ability to plan and manage using data, facts, process and emotional intelligence
Technically strong and savvy; familiarity with CRM and/or CAD programs

Specific Responsibilities:
Direct, coach and mentor our sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth goals
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), improving where necessary
Develop and maintain all sales, training and business development procedures and support materials and proactively collaborate with other departments to improve and streamline processes
Collaborate with finance and management teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives.
Oversee the design, maintenance and organization of the company showroom.
Assist team members with onboarding and retaining accounts
Participate actively in the weekly and quarterly management team meetings
