In this role, The Sales Manager/Trainer will help drive the growth and performance of our sales and support organization. As our Sales Manager, you’ll contribute to DryTech's Learning and Enablement strategy by ensuring the sales and support organization is proficient in the sales and customer support, technology and conversation skills needed to be successful. You will deliver best-in-class comprehensive learning experiences aligned with business strategies to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience for our customers. We are looking for a highly effective individual with a depth of sales and customer support experience who can help take our sales and customer support training experience to the next level.
Assists in onboarding new hires and ongoing employee training initiatives to increase individual competency and readiness in selling skills, knowledge, policy, process, and systems
Provide 1-on-1 training and coaching of Sales team members in the flow of work to increase job readiness, selling skills, and efficiencies
Works closely with Sales team members to create training and communications to increase the adoption of new technology, tools, and processes that improve our efficiency and effectiveness
Leads development and maintenance of our training content, exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials to ensure that DryTech continues to develop a robust, engaging, and comprehensive training program for our Sales team members
Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications
