Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Sales Growth: Drive membership sales through lead nurturing, follow-ups, and closing strategies.
- Community Outreach: Build relationships with local businesses and engage in outreach programs
to increase brand visibility.
- Club Cleanliness & Presentation: Ensure the gym maintains the highest standards of cleanliness
and organization.
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategies for membership growth and retention.
- Lead Management: Manage and follow up on leads from various sources (digital, referral, and
walk-ins).
