• We are a faith-based company performing at 4X the productivity of our closest competitor. • The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading and scaling a high-performing marketing and inside sales team focused exclusively on selling licenses of the Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty (YHSGR) System to qualified real estate broker-owners ($ 20 M+ in sales volume). • This leader owns the full sales funnel - from lead generation to deal closure - and ensures alignment between marketing, sales operations, and leadership to consistently convert interest into signed license agreements. • We are seeking a savvy, experienced sales leader with experience in franchising, licensing, or SaaS sales and a proven closer of high-ticket deals. • Build and scale a high-performance sales and marketing team. • Drive License growth by generating qualified appointments. • Compensation is base plus performance bonuses, equity, or profit share with an anticipated IPO within four years. • Total income potential is $200,000+. Responsibilities: • Own and optimize the licensing sales pipeline • Refine scripts, cadences and objections • Lead appointment setter and closers • Oversee CRM, reporting and KPIs • Report outcomes to CEO • Ensure successful onboarding of licensees Qualifications: • Experience in franchising, licensing, SaaS • Strong CRM and pipeline optimization skills • Excellent communicator and motivator • Proven closer of high ticket sales • 5+ years of B2B sales leadership Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 plus bonuses
