Responsibilities: • Create and implement company budgets and expense reports • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team • Help agents create and practice their sales scripts • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly • Create sales reports in a timely fashion Qualifications: • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly • Provide advanced negotiation expertise when necessary • Develop and implement a scalable sales process in its entirety • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal • Strong organizational and planning skills Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
