Responsibilities: • Develop a scalable sales process and ensure agents adhere to it correctly • Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends • Give creative ideas for marketing purposes • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting Qualifications: • Experience with relevant software applications • Team leadership ability • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly • Proven experience in customer relationship management Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
