    Your Role as Sales Manager:

    Sales Leadership

    Develop and implement strategies to drive new business, with a focus on securing larger corporate sales accounts.

    Build and nurture client relationships through networking, targeted outreach, and follow-ups.

    Inspire and manage a sales team by assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing ongoing coaching and leadership.

    Operational Excellence

    Collaborate with the operations department to ensure flawless execution of sales commitments.

    Support daily operations, including managing sales data, customer service processes, and HR workflows.

    Customer Satisfaction

    Champion a customer-focused culture by promptly addressing concerns and delivering exceptional service.

    Training and Development

    Onboard new sales team members and provide continuous training to help the team achieve and exceed their targets.

    Problem Solving

    Proactively identify and resolve challenges to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

    Performance Management

    Conduct performance evaluations, recognize achievements, and guide team members in areas of improvement.

    Decision Making

    Act as a trusted leader, making critical decisions in the manager’s absence to ensure seamless business operations.

    Who You Are:

    Proven sales and management experience (3+ years required).

    A natural leader with strong team management and motivational skills.

    A problem solver with excellent communication and customer service expertise.

    Experience working with virtual teams

    Preferred experience working in a service related industry

    Tech-savvy, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).

    Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative, in-person environment, Monday-Friday.
