Job Summary:
As a Private Pay Home Care Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources and potential clients to drive growth in our private pay services. This role focuses on educating the community about our offerings, securing new clients, and achieving revenue targets in the competitive Manhattan market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the client base through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Community Outreach: Represent the company at health fairs, networking events, and community gatherings to promote awareness of our services.
- Client Consultations: Meet with prospective clients and their families to understand their needs, explain services, and provide personalized care solutions.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with the care coordination team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and maintain ongoing client satisfaction.
- Market Insight: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services.
- Knowledge of the Manhattan market and established professional network is a strong advantage.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop relationships and close sales.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
