Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator who is very knowledgeable with using both MS Office Suite (primarily Excel) and Google Sheets & Docs and comfortable on the phone following up with customers about estimates. This person will report to the Director of Business Development and also be responsible for assisting with a variety sales tracking and reporting, online research, creating marketing materials, as well as helping to plan and assisting as needed with coordinating marketing and networking events such as golf tournaments, continuing education workshops, lunch and learns, etc.
Office Location: New Albany, IN
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm (occasional after-hour marketing and networking events)
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of solid sales administration/support experience.
Comfortable speaking with customers and answering questions over the phone
Intermediate understanding of MS Excel - including; creating spreadsheets, adding formulas, pivot tables, sorting, filtering, etc.
Intermediate understanding of Google Sheets & Docs
Willingness to learn new software and technologies
Highly organized and able to multi-task
Attention to Detail

Overall Solid Team Player
