Immediate Direct Hire opportunity with established engineering firm in Lansdale PA . Excellent opportunity with highly competitive salary, benefits, and bonus package.

Responsibilities include:

• Works closely with the Sales team to create professional proposals and follow-up.with sales representatives
• Maintain the proposal files.
• Make suggestions for improvement of the proposal content and presentation
• Work with management on new initiatives
• Creation of marketing materials including brochures, pictures etc. to be used with customer requests, trade shows, website content, and social media
• Update and maintain data in Salesforce CRM systems.
• Coordinate trade shows including working with vendors, hotels, caterers, and shipping company to send all show equipment and materials.
• Coordinate with Contracts Manager to assure compliance of all proposal content.
• Assist Sales with any customer requests for information and parts questions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience.
• MS Office, Adobe
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 plus bonus.
