    Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping our clients mitigate and recover from water damage. With a ‘One Team’ mentality, promote and sell franchise services in the assigned territory, resulting in meeting or exceeding sales goals. Follow up with potential leads from the office and educate customers on why PuroClean® is the best cleaning and restoration company. Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs, ensuring that customer needs are met. Maintain timely and effective communications, both internally and externally. Ensure that customer projects are completed, either meeting or exceeding their expectations.     Responsibilities:

    Follow-up leads are coming into the office from property owners, property managers, insurance companies, and other potential clients.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, site visits, and networking events.

    Identify opportunities for water mitigation services by conducting thorough relationships and assessments of properties and understanding each client's unique needs.

    Present and sell our products and services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value they offer.

    Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure a win-win outcome for both parties.

    Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and technicians, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

    Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to provide the best possible solutions to clients.

    Qualifications:

    Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

    Knowledge of the water mitigation industry and related products and services is a plus.

    Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
