    About the Role:

    The Sales Operations Analyst supports the Sales team by providing data insights, optimizing processes, and improving the overall efficiency of pipeline generation efforts, ultimately driving operational excellence.

    What You'll Do:

    • Compile, clean, and maintain sales data from multiple sources across our FinTech, big data and algorithmic trading brands.
      Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics, trends, and KPIs.

    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM, sales databases, and reporting tools.

    • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and revenue performance to provide actionable insights.

    • Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasting.

    • Support leadership with data-driven decision-making by providing detailed reports and visualizations.

    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize workflows and improve data collection.

    • Identify and implement process improvements in sales reporting and forecasting.

    • Assist in CRM management, automation, and data governance.

    • Partner with stakeholders across different departments to align sales data with business objectives.

    • Present insights in a clear and actionable manner through reports, presentations, and visualizations.

    What You Have: **** ****

    • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with sales forecasting and reporting.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.
    • Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Zoho) and other sales technology tools.
    • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge of SQL or other data management tools is a plus.
    • Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
