    Sales Operations Assistant

    Positions Summary:

    The Sales Operations Assistant specializing in customer reporting plays a critical role in ensuring the Business Development team meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing reporting processes, analyzing data, and fostering client satisfaction through accurate and timely reporting. This role is an in-office position and reports to the Senior Director of Business Development.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Generate and distribute customer performance reports in line with SLAs.

    • Monitor data accuracy and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

    • Support the team in preparing client quotes, reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize reporting processes and identify improvement areas.

    • Address client inquiries related to reporting and provide exceptional support.

    Maintain and update reporting tools to align with customer needs.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to client inquiries and enhance sales support initiatives.

    • Identify trends and provide insights to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

    • Support ongoing initiatives to streamline operations and maintain SLA compliance.

    • Other duties as assigned

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).

    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

    Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

    • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

    • Experience with SLA management and reporting is a plus.
