    Job Description

    The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for entering data and researching opportunities for the IDIQ sales organization. They work closely with sales and account management to ensure quality data is input into the system and assist with various projects as they arise. They take a hands-on approach to perform the role, working directly with frontline individuals, leaders, and all applicable applications. Key duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Client Satisfaction – The direct client of the Sales Operations Services department is the IDIQ sales team. The Sales Operations Services team is responsible to assure that the sales teams are satisfied with the overall department direction and performance results in so much as they are helping support the success of IDIQ sales.
    • Research – Research and evaluate (using provided specifications) various lead generation sources for the sales team.
    • Data Entry - Input and modify existing data as assigned such as information impacting sales commissions, contact information and other proprietary or sensitive information.
    • Collaboration - Participate as assigned with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for projects impacting the sales team.
    • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in a support role for either customers or some other internal department.
    • 1+ years project management-type experience or related experience.
    • 1+ years working in the multifamily business sector.
    • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Experience with project management preferred.

    Preferred Skill and Experience

    • Strong telephonic and electronic communication skills and etiquette.
    • Advanced problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
    • Willingness to learn, respond to coaching, and adapt to sales process
    • Strong customer-focused mindset
    • Established track record of reliability and good attendance.
    • Strong communication and cross-functional skills with the ability to engage, listen, and collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders
    • Ability to multitask with a high volume of tasks
    • Flexibility to handle rapid and frequent change and interest in taking on new tasks.
    • High level of organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and time-manage across multiple deadlines.
    • Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company.
    • Exhibits passion and excitement over work. Has a can-do attitude.

    Additional Information

    Position Details: This is a full-time, hourly position (40 hours/week).

    Pay: The pay range for this position is a minimum of $24.00 to a maximum of $28.00 per hour based on a full-time schedule. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

The employee frequently is required to remain in a stationary position, occasionally move about; and constantly operate a computer or other office equipment. The employee is regularly required to push, or otherwise move up to 10-30lbs of various equipment. Applications may include but are not limited to repetitive work operating a computer keyboard, mouse and headphones while primarily maintaining a stationary position and occasionally moving about at an assigned work desk area.
