    Key Responsibilities

    • Product Knowledge & Support:
      • Develop a deep understanding of our equipment, products, and solutions.
      • Provide technical support to the sales team and customers, addressing product-related inquiries.
      • Assist with training the sales team on product capabilities and applications.
    • Quoting & Proposal Assistance:
      • Prepare accurate and detailed quotes based on project requirements.
      • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proposals meet customer needs and company standards.
      • Maintain consistency and accuracy in pricing, terms, and product specifications.
    • Sales Operations Support:
      • Keep track of shipping from overseas warehouse(s) and coordinate with the sales team to ensure orders are completed on time.
      • Maintain CRM systems and other operational tools, ensuring accurate and upto-date records.
      • Source new business and new territories – potential to move into a BDM role in the future.
    • Customer Engagement:
      • Collaborate with customers to understand project needs and recommend tailored solutions.
      • Build strong, professional relationships with clients, demonstrating reliability and respect.
      • Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Continuous Learning:
      • Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
      • Participate in training to enhance technical knowledge and sales operations skills.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Technical aptitude with the ability to learn complex equipment and systems.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Previous experience in sales operations, technical sales, or customer support is a plus.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency with CRM systems, quoting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • A professional and approachable demeanor with a customer-focused mindset.
