Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our data management efforts, ensuring our Salesforce CRM system runs smoothly and accurately supports our sales and business operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Data Entry & Integrity: You will play a crucial role in entering vital order details and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our Salesforce CRM system for the US and India sales region. Serve as a back-up for EU and APAC sales region as needed for order entry.
• Order Management: You will review sales opportunities, contracts, proposals, and purchase orders to ensure all details are aligned, creating seamless sales orders. Send a request to Accounts Receivable to create a new “bill-to” and “ship-to” address in Business Central (BC) and add the new addresses in Salesforce.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the company, sending finalized sales orders to Accounts Receivable (AR) for invoicing.
• Reporting: Create an order and opportunity report at the beginning and end of each month. Check if the opportunities and order amounts are aligned. Update the order records as needed.
• Salesforce Account: Review the account data and update as needed.
• Salesforce Contact: Review the missing contact data and follow up with sales to get the information and update Salesforce. Ensure quality of contacts is vetted.
• Salesforce Leads & Contacts: Work with marketing team to review contacts and leads. Remove duplicates and update the records if needed.
What you'll have/be:
• Previous experience in a sales operation role with 2-3 years' experience.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: You pride yourself on your ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in everything you do.
• Organized and Proactive: You are structured in your approach, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently without missing a beat.
• Effective Communicator: Whether working with colleagues or external partners, your communication style is clear, flexible, and responsive.
• Collaborative Mindset: You thrive in a team environment, offering a positive, resilient attitude that helps drive success for everyone.
• Salesforce Knowledge: Experience with Salesforce 1-2 years.
