    Job Description

    The Sales Operations Data Processing Associate is responsible for processing personal data according to specific instructions and procedures that are provided to them. This role involves securely receiving data from third party businesses or vendors, analyzing it to ensure accuracy and compliance with format requirements, correcting any errors, and managing data uploads securely, whether within the organization or externally. Key duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Collect data, then analyze, clean, format and organize it to align with our company’s data specifications
    • Input data accurately into databases, ensuring its integrity through comprehensive validation checks.
    • Adhere to procedures that guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and validity through effective validation and cleansing processes.
    • Implement IDIQ data and other security policies to safeguard data during receipt and transmission.
    • Identify and address issues related to data quality, accessibility, and integrity to uphold high standards of data quality.
    • Transform data into a usable format for analysis, utilizing various software tools as needed.
    • Collaborate professionally with cross-functional teams and stakeholders as assigned, contributing to team objectives.
    • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and skilled in database management.
    • Strong capabilities with MS Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Prior experience in project management.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a support role, assisting either customers or internal departments.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or related fields.

    Preferred Skill and Experience

    • Advanced problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
    • Strong customer-focused mindset
    • Established track record of reliability and good attendance.
    • Demonstrated ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information.
    • Ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it.
    • Strong communication and cross-functional skills with the ability to engage, listen, and collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
    • Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information.
    • Ability to multitask with a high volume of tasks.
    • High level of organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and time-manage across multiple deadlines.

    Additional Information

    Position Details: This is a full-time, hourly position (40 hours/week).

    Pay: The pay range for this position if the work is a minimum of $26.00 to a maximum of $29.00 per hour based on a full-time schedule. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
