We are seeking a Director of Sales Operations to lead direct sales efforts and optimize sales processes. This critical role will help scale our organization by balancing sales acumen and operational expertise to maximize performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales Leadership:
- Generate new business, working with both small businesses and large healthcare organizations.
- Engage with clients to build relationships, customize solutions, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Sales Strategy & Operations:
- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute effective sales strategies.
- Streamline sales processes for lead generation, client engagement, and conversions to ensure operational efficiency.
Team Building & Development:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, transitioning from hands-on selling to a leadership role.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the sales team.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
- Oversee sales forecasting and provide accurate reporting on sales pipelines, KPIs, and team performance.
- Leverage analytics to refine sales strategies and track team success.
CRM & Tools Management:
- Continuously improve sales technologies and processes to enhance productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing, development, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Work with operations teams to optimize workflows and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years in sales operations, sales management, or direct sales (SaaS or healthcare technology experience preferred).
- Proven ability to drive sales growth, lead sales teams, and refine operational processes.
Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Strong expertise in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership:
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team while driving results.
