    Position Overview: The Inside Sales Manager drives sales performance, fosters a collaborative team environment, and ensures the consistent achievement of monthly sales targets. Responsibilities: • Learn the firm’s scripts and methods for Intake, Sales, and Follow-up calls with past clients. • Audit sales team calls and emails and score their results in the audit form. The goal is to audit three calls with feedback per team member (50% of weekly responsibilities). • Review recordings of these three types of calls to ensure our scripts and methods are followed. • Monitor daily sales activity and prepare weekly/monthly sales metric reporting. • Maintain accurate records of feedback provided to each sales team member. • Collaborate with firm leadership to develop ongoing sales strategies. • Review and ensure sales staff capture all client information within the CRM. • Develop and execute training and development plans for inside sales personnel. • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a seamless client experience. • Supervise the call queue to ensure the team is available to take calls and chats. • Audit referral emails to ensure they are "client-ready." Qualifications: • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets. • Bilingual in English and Spanish (minimum C1 level in both languages). • 2+ years of experience in a sales environment. • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role (QA and/or Operations). • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively. • Proficiency in technology , with experience in Hubspot or the ability to develop basic competency. • Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheets and tracking team performance. • Basic knowledge of CRM systems. Compensation: $1500 per month
