    Job Description

    The Sales Operations Specialist serves as the primary internal liaison for the field sales team, with key responsibilities focused on weekly sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota management. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, finance, customer service, and operations to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency in sales operations.

    Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the sales team, as well as training users on reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities for growth. The analyst also provides ad hoc reporting and strategic insights to help the sales team optimize performance and achieve revenue targets.

    As the primary point of contact for CRM (AcuityMD) maintenance and optimization, the analyst ensures data accuracy and system integrity to support business outcomes. Additional duties include monitoring the sales pipeline to uncover growth opportunities and making actionable recommendations regarding sales incentive programs. The role also ensures compliance with company policies and industry regulations across all sales processes.

    This position requires strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to identify process improvement opportunities, and a strategic mindset to provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.​

    3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.​

    Proficiency in CRM software (AcuityMD preferred) and sales analytics tools.​

    Moderately advanced to proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, & data transformation.​

    Comfortable with using data visualization tools such as PowerBI to extract data ​

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.​

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.​

    Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
