Position Overview Paul Davis New England, one of the leading restoration companies, is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to drive execution and enhance our Commercial Sales efforts. We are looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented team player who genuinely cares about others and thrives in a collaborative environment. This dynamic role requires a blend of creativity, operational focus, attention to detail and data-driven decision-making. The Sales Operations Manager will support our Business Development Managers and leadership team while playing a hands-on role in shaping execution strategies, customer experience, and data management.
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and works collaboratively with the sales team.
Hours: Full Time, 9am to 5pm
Key responsibilities include:
Project Production
Act as primary interface between sales team and operations
Track the execution of sold commercial projects, providing regular updates to the sales team and leadership.
Identify and address issues impacting project progress.
Support weekly customer updates to maintain transparency and trust.
Data Management & Reporting
Conduct daily audits of CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the CRM system promptly.
Use 3rd party data sources (CoStar & ALN) to identify target commercial clients and add them to the CRM
Use LinkedIn and web search techniques to research commercial clients and provide deeper organizational insights
Compile and analyze weekly sales data.
Prepare concise and informative summaries for the sales team and leadership.
Present findings during regular sales meetings.
Sales Events and Activities Management
Create and maintain a detailed calendar of all sales events and activities.
Organize formal (e.g., trainings, educational seminars) and informal events (e.g., happy hours or get togethers) for prospective clients in coordination with the sales reps.
Coordinate logistics for events, including setup, teardown, and on-site support.
Attend events to oversee company activities and ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or administrative roles.
Strong proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel to events and accommodate flexible schedules as needed.
