    If so, Panda Exteriors wants YOU!!! We are looking for an experienced & energetic Sales-Oriented Call Center Representative to join our growing team!

    In this role, you will play a critical part in increasing sales, converting pre-qualified leads into business, and fostering relationships with current and potential customers. If you're an effective communicator who enjoys making outbound calls and following up on leads, we want to hear from you!

    What You'll Do:

    • Increase Sales : Convert pre-qualified leads into appointments for the Sales representative & generate new business opportunities for the company.
    • Collect Key Information: Gather important customer details and set clear expectations to provide an excellent customer experience.
    • Engage with Customers : Make high level outbound calls to potential customers, follow up on leads, and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process.
    • Answer Inquiries: Provide answers to customer questions, sending additional product information and follow-up emails as needed.
    • Maintain CRM Data: Accurately enter all relevant customer details and interaction notes into our CRM system, keeping records up to date.
    • Manage Customer Database: Keep a current list of potential and existing customers to ensure opportunities are not missed.
    • Stay Informed : Keep up with competing products and services to ensure you can speak knowledgeably and offer competitive advantages to customers.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Sales Experience: Previous sales, collections, canvassing, or telemarketing experience, with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into solid appointments.
    • Excellent Communication Skills: You are comfortable making high volume outbound calls daily, clearly explaining products and services, and answering customer questions with confidence.
    • Growth Mindset: You are always seeking to learn and develop, viewing challenges as opportunities to grow, and refining your skills through in-house coaching.
    • Goal-Oriented: You're driven by targets and motivated to meet/exceed sales goals and KPIs.
    • Resilience: You thrive in high-pressure situations and bounce back quickly from setbacks, always eager to tackle the next opportunity with renewed energy.
    • Problem-Solving Ability: You can think on your feet and address customer needs effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
    • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems to manage and update customer data is a plus.
