    Job Description:
    We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Sales Representative to work directly with Division 26 and Division 27 contractors. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth. You must be a go-getter with a proven ability to close deals and achieve targets in a competitive environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to make an impact in the contracting space.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities with Division 26 and Division 27 contractors.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and contractors.
    • Present and promote our products/services to potential clients in a compelling way.
    • Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
    • Close sales and consistently meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop new strategies to increase market presence.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous sales experience, ideally in the construction, electrical, or communications industries.
    • Knowledge of Division 26 (Electrical) and Division 27 (Communications) contracting preferred.
    • Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and achieve results.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
    • Driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
    • Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients and contractors.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
