Sales Associate for Pure Performance Martial Arts Center
Pure Performance Martial Arts Center in Rockville, Maryland, is looking for an energetic and friendly salesperson who wants to be a part of a cutting-edge team in the health, fitness and martial arts industry. Excellent communication skills and positive attitude are a must.
You will use a proven sales system and easy to use lead tracking software that is mostly automated, to call and track a steady flow of warm leads. You will meet new people every day who are pursuing self-improvement, healthy living, and recreation through fitness and self-defense. You don't have to have prior sales experience (but 1 year experience is preferred), as we will train and mentor the right person with all the necessary tools to guarantee your success. If you are a self-starter who loves to talk to people, is motivated by performance and income, as well as, helping others live healthier lives, and can follow our step-by-step process workflow, and achieve your expectations and ours. We pay $125 to $300 commission per signup. Work 60-90 warm leads per month, a minimum of 4 appointments per day, with an expectation of an average of 2 sign ups per day. As the face of our gym, you will play a crucial role in welcoming prospective members, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring our members have a positive and successful experience in their martial arts journey
Once we you become familiar with the system, you could easily range 2 to 3 signups a day with earnings of $3-$5k A MONTH! If you meet bench marks you could qualify for benefits and revenue share!
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, prospects, and members with a warm and friendly demeanor, and sign them in.
Reach out to potential prospects through phone calls to introduce them to our gym and showcase the benefits of our martial arts programs.
Conduct guided tour of our 10,300 sq ft state-of-the-art facility, explaining our training areas, amenities, and class offerings.
Process membership registrations, handle payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping of member information.
Onboard new members effectively, explaining gym policies, class schedules, and other essential details for a smooth transition into our community.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and ensure a welcoming atmosphere throughout the gym.
Setting appointments and calling warm leads to get them in the door to try out our range of classes.
Sales, closing appointments from 4:30-9:30 pm (local time) with flexable hours.
Requirements:
Passion for martial arts and a genuine interest in helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospects and members.
Excellent organizational abilities to efficiently manage front desk tasks, member records, and administrative duties.
Previous experience in customer service or sales-related roles is a plus, but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Familiarity with martial arts training or fitness facilities is beneficial but not mandatory.
A positive and proactive attitude, willing to go the extra mile to ensure member satisfaction.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for membership tracking and communication purposes.
