    A Sales Personal Training Manager (SPTM) is a leader among our sales . As a central part of our team, the SPTM at Jersey Strong is responsible for promoting and selling our members into our transformation packages .

    This position is ideal for individuals who possess a passion for sales and prospecting, as well as an enthusiasm for helping people get started on their fitness journey. The SPTMis a dynamic fitness professional who is comfortable with both selling and prospecting.

    To be exceptional, a strong understanding of fitness and sales is a must, as is a keen understanding of prospecting methods and an outgoing personality.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct introductory assessments

    Execute an effective prospecting strategy using approved company lead generation techniques

    Attain company targets, including revenue and client retention

    Follow up on leads and referrals

    Maintain regular communications with potential and existing customers

    Requirements:

    Must be an advocate of fitness and exercise

    Full-time availability (40 hours per week)

    Must be able to follow our sales system

    Holding a current N.C.C.A. or N.B.F.E accredited Personal Training certification is a plus but not required

    Must be a goal achiever who understands how to develop, set and achieve personal goals

    Must be a strong verbal communicator

    Must love helping people change their lives through fitness

    Personal Profile:

    Extremely neat, organized, detailed, and thorough

    Enjoys multitasking, adapting to changing situations, and works well with monthly performance goals

    Honest, friendly, fun, disciplined, and enjoys regular exercise

    Has an interest in personal education and development

    Takes feedback well and is coachable

    Works hard and does whatever it takes to get a job done right

    Takes ownership of responsibilities

    Benefits:

    Option to participate in company 401k after a year of employment

    1 week vacation after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 5 years

    Compensation:

    Annual earnings are based on performance and can range from $50,000 to $60,000

    Salary, commission, and bonus
