    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role will focus on lead generation and sales of solar energy systems to residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Generation:

    Identify and pursue new lead generation opportunities through various channels, including networking, social media, website inquiries, referrals, and community events.

    Develop and implement strategic outreach campaigns to attract potential customers.

    Utilize CRM software to track leads and follow up with prospects consistently.

    Sales Process:

    Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their energy needs and demonstrate the benefits of solar solutions.

    Present customized solar energy proposals and financing options, ensuring clarity and transparency.

    Overcome objections and negotiate contracts to close sales.

    Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

    Collaborate with installation and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to installation.

    Market Research:

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in solar energy.

    Conduct local market analysis to identify potential areas for growth and expansion.

    Performance Tracking:

    Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Provide regular reports on lead generation efforts and sales performance to management.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or home improvement industry.

    Strong understanding of solar energy products and services is an advantage.

    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
